Palliative Care Mentorship Selective
This six-week longitudinal training course, called the Mentorship Selective, seeks to foster a culture of mentoring by supporting mid-level and senior palliative care investigators in further developing their mentoring skills to successfully draw new investigators into palliative care research.
Each week, the course will cover mentoring topics including maintaining effective communication, aligning expectations, assessing understanding, addressing equity and inclusion, fostering independence, and promoting professional development. Instruction will occur over videoconference for one hour per week.
Stay tuned for more information regarding the 2022 Mentorship Selective.
We hope that you will consider this wonderful opportunity,
