On behalf of the Palliative Care Research Cooperative Group, we would like to invite you to apply to participate in the Mentorship Selective. 

This 6-week longitudinal mentoring course seeks to foster a culture of mentoring by supporting mid-level and senior palliative care investigators in further developing their mentoring skills to successfully draw new investigators into palliative care research.

Each week, the course will cover mentoring topics including maintaining effective communication, aligning expectations, assessing understanding, addressing equity and inclusion, fostering independence, and promoting professional development.  Instruction will occur over videoconference for one hour per week.
